Today, Console automates over 50% of IT requests for companies like Scale AI, Flock Safety, Calendly, and many other high-growth companies. That includes requests like app access (we’re often the single source for access approvals), account unlocks, password resets, laptop provisioning, and routine troubleshooting. Even when a human needs to step in, Console helps by gathering context up front, so IT can resolve issues faster.
Getting started with Console is easy. No rip-and-replace, just add it to Slack and connect your existing tools. It adapts to your environment, learns your workflows, and starts handling requests on day one. Most companies go live org-wide within three weeks.
